Free towing across Calgary and the 31 other Alberta communities Eagle serves is unconditional. Every accepted offer includes pickup at no charge — no distance fees, no condition-based deductions from the quote. Whether the vehicle is in an NE Calgary alley, a downtown condo parkade, an acreage near Strathmore, or a residential street in Lethbridge, the tow is included.
Open 7 days a week, 11 AM to 7 PM. Quotes typically take under five minutes by phone.
Eagle Cash For Cars provides free towing on every accepted offer across Calgary and 31 surrounding Alberta communities. Towing costs are absorbed by Eagle regardless of distance, vehicle condition, or pickup type — including non-running vehicles, acreage pickups, condo parkades (with advance notice for clearance), mountain-town retrieval, and long-distance routes to Lethbridge, Brooks, and Red Deer.
Free towing is included on every accepted offer — across all 32 communities Eagle serves. No distance fees. Eagle absorbs the full tow cost as a cost of doing business, whether your vehicle is in Calgary, Cochrane, Lethbridge, or anywhere else we serve. The phone or email quote is the working number. If the driver arrives and finds the vehicle materially different from what was described, the quote may be revised at pickup — you can accept the revised quote or decline the sale at no charge.
Many cash-for-cars offers in Alberta carry small print. A distance cap. An extra fee for vehicles in underground lots. A reduction "to cover transport" that quietly trims the published quote. Eagle handles the tow differently — as a cost of doing business across the entire 32-community footprint, the same way a service business treats fuel or insurance. The number accepted on the phone is the cash received at pickup, regardless of how far the driver had to travel.
This is operational transparency rather than a sales claim. Absorbing the tow keeps pricing honest and pickup logistics easier for the seller — not because Eagle is uniquely generous in the abstract. A free-towing policy that survives across roughly a 215 km service reach has to be built into the operating model, and Eagle's is. Drivers dispatch from NE Calgary, run a planned route through southern and central Alberta, and bundle pickups when geography allows.

Free towing applies to every community on this list. The cost does not scale by distance, vehicle condition, or pickup access.
Calgary — NE, NW, SE, and SW quadrants, including downtown, inner-city neighbourhoods, and the outer rings. Eagle's NE-quadrant dispatch base reaches most Calgary addresses within 30–45 minutes.
Downtown condo parkades. Underground retrieval requires advance notice on the quote call so the right equipment is dispatched — flatbed-only access, low-clearance ramps, and stall-pillar geometry all factor into truck selection.
Inner-city back-alley pickups. Bridgeland, Inglewood, Sunnyside, Mission, and Marda Loop alley access is routine — drivers know which alleys allow trailer setup and which need a flatbed approach from the front.
NE-quadrant dispatch routing. Eagle's base near 41 Ave NE means NE Calgary, Airdrie, and the Highway 2 corridor north get the fastest response. Other quadrants typically add 10–20 minutes.
Winter parking conditions. Snow-buried vehicles, plowed-in cars, and frozen-into-ice driveways are normal Calgary intake from December through March. Free towing still applies.
Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, High River. Drivers dispatch from NE Calgary and reach each within roughly 25–45 minutes. Same-day pickup is often available when the quote is accepted during business hours.
Banff, Canmore, Strathmore, Drumheller, Brooks, Red Deer, Lethbridge. Distances range from about 100 km (Strathmore) to approximately 215 km (Lethbridge). The tow remains free regardless of distance; pickup is scheduled around the seller's availability.
Olds, Innisfail, Didsbury, Sundre, Diamond Valley, Bragg Creek, Pincher Creek, Taber, Vauxhall, Picture Butte, Magrath, Fort Macleod, Claresholm, Nanton, Hanna, Ponoka, Rocky Mountain House, Mînî Thnî (Stoney Nakoda Nation), Standoff (Kainai / Blood Tribe), and Siksika Nation. Free towing applies; pickup is arranged on a scheduled basis. For a full tier-by-tier breakdown with drive times and service notes, see the Service Areas hub.

Eagle's equipment handles vehicles missing wheels, sitting on blocks, or otherwise immobile. No surcharge. See non-running cars for the full intake process.
Underground parking pickups are included when disclosed during the quote so the correct equipment can be dispatched. Tight clearances, pillar geometry, and ramp grades vary parkade to parkade — telling us the building or floor on the call means the right truck arrives.
Gravel driveways, snow-covered approaches, and field-parked vehicles get the same free pickup as a curbside Calgary tow.
Lethbridge, Brooks, Red Deer — vehicles roughly 145–215 km from the NE Calgary base are towed free. The drive is built into Eagle's operating model.
Eagle can collect vehicles released to the registered owner from a municipal or commercial impound. The tow itself remains free; any release fees owed to the impound facility are the seller's responsibility — those are a charge from the impound, not from Eagle.
Crash-damaged cars and insurance write-offs get the same free pickup as any other vehicle. Damage status affects the cash offer, never the tow.
A removed converter affects the cash offer because the converter is one of the five pricing factors — but the tow stays free. See catalytic converter and your offer for context, and the junk car pricing methodology for the full breakdown.

The phone or email quote is the working number. It can be revised only if the vehicle, when the driver arrives, is materially different from what the seller described — a missing engine that was claimed to be present, additional damage not disclosed at quote, a missing catalytic converter when one was reported intact, that kind of thing.
If a revision is needed, the driver explains exactly what changed and offers a revised number. The seller can accept that revised number, or decline the sale at no charge. Either way, the tow that brought the driver out is free. Eagle does not bill for the trip, and the seller is under no obligation to accept a revised offer they aren't happy with.
This standard applies to every pickup. It is explained on every quote call and documented on the Bill of Sale. See How It Works for the full pickup process.
Scheduled around your availability — often same-day in Calgary and nearby satellites, by appointment for outer communities.
Pickup is scheduled around your availability. Same-day pickup is often available in Calgary and nearby Tier A communities (Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, High River) when the vehicle is accessible and the quote is accepted during business hours. For outer communities, pickup timing is confirmed before you accept the quote — and we'll work with your schedule, not push for an artificial rush.
Cash-for-cars is rarely an emergency. Eagle would rather get the timing right than rush a driver into an inconvenient window for either side.
A "free towing" headline is common in the Calgary cash-for-cars market. The conditions are where the offer usually gets weaker.
Free towing within a small radius of Calgary city limits, with a per-kilometre fee beyond.
Extra charges for vehicles without wheels, in underground parking, or requiring winch retrieval.
Language indicating the published offer already covers transport — meaning the seller is paying for the tow, just not in a visible line item.
Eagle uses none of those patterns. The towing is free across every community Eagle serves, and the quote on the call is what the seller receives at pickup. The operating model is built around absorbing the tow rather than passing it through — drivers dispatch from NE Calgary, routes are bundled by geography, and free towing across the entire 32-community footprint is treated as a fixed cost of doing business rather than a variable to monetize. Honest pricing turns out to be cheaper to maintain than conditional pricing.
Eagle's most distant service points are approximately 215 km from the NE Calgary base — Lethbridge to the south, with comparable distances to Brooks and Red Deer. Free towing applies to all of them. The full 32-community service area covers southern and central Alberta — see the Service Areas page for the complete list. Pickup is scheduled rather than same-day for outer communities; we confirm timing on the quote call.
Yes, provided the vehicle has been released to the registered owner for sale. The tow from the impound lot is free. Any release fees owed to the impound facility itself are the seller's responsibility — Eagle is not a party to those charges.
Only if the vehicle is materially different from what was described — a missing engine that was claimed to be present, additional damage that wasn't mentioned, a missing catalytic converter when one was reported intact. In that case the driver explains the change and offers a revised number. The seller can accept the revised number or decline the sale at no charge, and the tow remains free either way. If the vehicle matches the description, the phone quote is the cash paid at pickup.
